Jorge: CEO & System eng. team lead
PhD in Optical Engineering, focused on VIS/IR optical systems for scientific, space and commercial applications. His work spans optical architecture definition, tolerancing, stray light analysis, integration and verification, with particular involvement in early-stage research, feasibility assessment and the technical framing of new optical developments. Alongside system-level engineering activities, he steers strategic planning, institutional collaborations and the development of technical partnerships.
Paula: CTO & Optical eng. team lead
Optical engineer and PhD in astrophysical instrumentation, co-leading the development of optical systems for scientific and commercial applications. Her background combines optical design, fabrication and metrology with experience in VIS/IR instrumentation, cost-effective aspherical surfaces, real-world astronomical observing environments and the translation of research-driven developments into practical optical systems.
Dylan: Mechanical eng. team lead
Mechanical Engineer & Space Scientist, leading end-to-end development across commercial and scientific optical instruments, from concept and design through manufacturing and integration. Expertise centres on optomechanics, thermal architecture and cryo-vacuum design across in-orbit and terrestrial applications, with an active international role spanning research and industry partnerships.
Farbod: Electronics & Software eng. team lead
Software developer and electronics & telecommunications engineer leading the work in communication protocols, optical networking and embedded systems. His background combines extensive international experience in distributed systems, automation, technical software development and secure digital infrastructures across industrial and technological environments, supporting multidisciplinary engineering development.
